- Customized or Made-to-Order Outfits: Require 1–2 weeks for tailoring, embellishment, and delivery, depending on design complexity and order volume.
- International Orders: Usually delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.

Minnie Threads is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or additional taxes imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by destination.
Domestic Orders
For deliveries within Pakistan, all applicable taxes are already included in the product prices.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Minnie Threads takes pride in ensuring your order reaches you securely.
If your order is lost during transit, we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund, based on availability.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at minniethreads@gmail.com with:
- Clear photos and an unboxing video for verification
- Your order number and courier details
Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved. Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for compensation.
6. Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors, security guards, or your local courier office.
- If still unresolved, contact us at minniethreads@gmail.com with your order number, and we will coordinate with the courier to investigate promptly.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout. Minnie Threads is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
